Government is hopeful that Tulsian will write not-so-dull budget

After reading the comments and expert analysis from SP Tulsian on Railway Budget, Government representatives are considering him to replace Dinesh Trivedi and write another Railway Budget document which will not be as dull as it was from Dinesh Trivedi yesterday.

"SP Tulsian is a hard core analyst and knows nitty-gritty of every issue in the world. He is most enlightened person in terms of analysis of industries and economy. Therefore, we decided him to hand over Dinesh Trivedi's Railway Ministry seat," said UPA Congress spokesperson Janardhan Dwivedi.

He told reporters that Mamata, who was earlier recommending Mukul Roy in the place of Trivedi is settled over SP Tulsian's selection and almost first time both the UPA government and Trinamool Congress are agreed over any of the issues besides Maa, Maati and Maanush.

Mamata Banerjee told reporters "Yea that's correct. Yesterday, I saw SP Tulsian's transparent analysis over the railway budget which said the budget event was boring and dull matches my argument. While I don't trust his stock recommendations I think is he was ok with railway budget analysis. I think firsht time UPA government gave sensible decision without my menace on their heads."

Development came after, government agencies started scrutinizing the reactions of the markets over the railway budget after Mamata Banerjee raised the issues that budget lacked Maa, Maati and Maanush criteria. Representatives of different government agencies such as IB, RAW and CBI thought SP Tulsian's argument that budget was 'dull from one year perspective' was very important for UPA government's stability and also forwarded to PMO. Finally, PMO called an urgent meeting with Trinamool's head Mamata Banerjee who was very much inclined over inclusion of Mukul Roy. In the meeting, both the leaders in consultation with Madam Soniaji decided to select SP Tulsian as the next Railway Minister of India.

"He has the ability to assess any kind of fu*king situation in the world as like other ministers such as Kapil Sibal and Salman Khursheed and we want him to taste the blood of voters rather than investors," said Dwivedi.
Udayan Mukherjee, after his busy market hours recommended investing in TV18, as this event will have immense financial benefit for the company. He said "While valuation of TV 18 remains higher, Tulsian's inclusion in the cabinet will open many opportunities and doors to TV 18. We are discussing with Tulsian over feasibility of launching CNBC TV18 in all the rail compartments."

SP Tulsian said "I am considering government's proposal. However, few of my conditions must be fulfilled. One of those is they should not stop me from talking on any issue."


An investor in the Dalal Street who wanted to remain anonymous said "This is a great news. I will vote for UPA government in the next elections as they are going me to spare from Tulsian's speech for only once in a year rather than daily."

Loksabha witnessed a record yelling from Member of Parliaments after Railway Minister Dinesh Trivedi announced that Railways will replace open discharge toilets with green toilets. 2,500 coaches will be equipped with bio-toilets next year.


However, unaware of the green-toilet concept, MPs started shouting that they need no green toilets and whatever are provided by Railways are ok.

"Ham kaa kauno jarurat hai in green signal waale toilet ki. Saadhe toilet me hi potty thik se aati hai. Green bulb lagaa ke kauno teer maarana chaahat hai ee Sonia ki government," said Samajwadi Party leader Kamlesh Balmiki.

"Manne ye pataa nahi chal rahaa hai ki sabhi toilets ko green bulb kyo lagwaa rahe hai ye," said Avtar Singh Bhadana, a ruling party MP who could not resist his amazement over the issue. He completed his 6th class from Faridabad, Haryana.

However, few other MPs which are also unaware of the concept supported the idea of Green Toilets. Shri Hari Manjhi of Bihar from BJP who completed his 5th class from Gaya said "Hum kaa serious digestionwaa ka problem hai. Ye green signal waala toilet help kar sakat hai. Hum to ee conceptwaa ko puraa support karat hai."i 

Cool Railway Minister, Dinesh Trivedi answered the questions of MPs and said "Green-toilet is a technology that doesn't use water to clean the toilet and therefore would save million gallons of water."

However, his answer only raised resistance of the MPs who were unaware of cleaning process.

Few qualified and talented MPs were confused over how to clean the mess in the green-toilet. Lawyer by profession, Lalu Prasad Yadav asked "Ee gudbag giri humkaa naahi samajh aat hai. Hum bhi railway kaa minister tha par humne ee sab cheeje naahi ki thi. Hum kaisan khaayenge aur kaisan dhoyenge."


The entire ruckus was out of control of speaker Meira Kumar, whose jaws swolen out of shouting over MPs. 


Finally to end the chaos, Dinesh Trivedi told Lok Sabha MPs that he will arrange a committee which will teach every MP to clean the mess in the toilet which they can forward to their constituencies.

SP Tulsian to bail-out Kingfisher Airlines by persistently giving buy recommendation on the stock

Vijay Mallya thanked S P Tulsian to save Kingfisher as Krishna saved Draupadi from Vastraharan

India's prominent equity analyst and innovator of multi-bagger ideas and famous for his talks on CNBC TV18, SP Tulsian offered his wholehearted help to Kingfisher Airlines for surviving it from muddy waters of bankruptcy.


"Grimness came inside my heart when I read the news that Kingfisher Airlines will cut global operations to two flights a day and government said that SBI will never help most colourful airlines. I just called Vijay asking him how much money he wants. It is not that I am like his younger brother but I myself feel I am his younger brother," said emotional SP Tulsian to Diggy Chacha Fan Club reporter.
SP Tulsian last month told investors to buy Kingfisher Airlines at around 21-22 levels. However, stock didn't move up or down.

The expert, SP Tulsian told CNBC TV18 that time "Kingfisher Airline, Rs 500 crore interests is more as a contra entry because banks will give that kind of amount and again on the other hand, that will immediately be paid to the banks. So, may be that is just to regularize and to show the recovery of the interest having made by banks from Kingfisher Airlines, but the infusion or giving an additional Rs 400 crore working capital loan will really be a breather for the stock because if you have been hearing Vijay Mallya, he has been saying for last 3 or 4 months that he will give a plan or he is infact hopeful of clearing the dues by end of March. So, that means there must be something at the back of his mind and infact we have earlier talked that probably stake sale in United Breweries because the foreign partner Heineken seems to be quite keen to buy the stake of 37.5% in the company at a very huge valuation. Tulsian in the same interview also predicted that stock is not just luring at Rs 21-22 levels but also can be used to buy below Rs 20 or even more. However, he didn't maintain the levels at which stop buying.

"I have been maintaining my view that I have my positive view on Kingfisher. Any fall in the share price, may be at around Rs 21-22 because the kind of apprehensions we had in the morning that share can fall below Rs 20 should be used as a buying opportunity because the intentions of the management are very serious..." said the market expert. However, recently Tulsian saddened with surprise cut down in Kingfisher's flights.

Tulsian said "Despite being Kingfisher Airlines is junk and no-way-to-recover position, the stock has immense potential value to become multi bagger. Therefore, I told Vijay that I am there. I like United Breweries, even my fans do most of the practical case research on UB Group products. I will never allow Kingfisher Airlines to fall out."
He said "I don't say my investors to invest in the business of Kingfisher Airlines. It is of no use. I only recommend buying shares of Kingfisher which have great potential upside value."

Talking on the bail-out plan to Udayan Mukherjee, he said "In spite of my persistence over buying Kingfisher shares, no body seem to be purchased them. Therefore, finally I planned to purchase the shares and bail out the company."

Talking about Vijay Mallya's reaction, S P Tulsian said "Vijay said thanks to me for my kind and expressionless emotions. He said that I was like Krishna who saved Draupadi's izzat. I told him that if not my fans, I am determined over giving him some help, or may be arranging Rs 400 crore."

Government to introduce No Goods No Services Tax to boost tax collection

A measure is considered to be path breaking in curbing fiscal deficit

Cash-strapped Indian government plans to introduce 'No Goods No Service Tax' to Indian tax payers in the Union Budget 2012-13. This path breaking decision will reduce fiscal deficit dramatically and give a strong revenue flow to the government.

"Yes that's true we plan to introduce 'No Goods No Service Tax' on the Indians, as opposition parties have put no choice in front of us. This tax is a great achievement of our government, as it will increase tax to GDP ratio to 30% levels in its first year itself and will take fiscal deficit to fiscal surplus levels," said P K Sinha, a Finance Ministry Official, who after circulating this article requested us to keep his name anonymous. The central government is battling with various state governments on implementation and revenue-sharing arrangement over Goods and Service Tax while opposition parties are against foreign direct investment (FDI) in retail, holding government's nostrils tightly in the current high fiscal deficit scenario. Finally, to overcome the situation and collect some decent amount which will fill the fiscal deficit and also boost government's revenues, empowered group of ministers (EGoM) of the central government to decide No Goods No Service Tax (NGNST).
"It is more simplified than Goods and Service Tax (GST). It would be charged on the consumer of goods and services as well as potential consumer of goods and services," said Rajneesh Kumar, Private Secretary to Pranab Mukherjee, Finance Minister of India.

Simplifying the understanding of media personnel about potential consumer of goods and services, Gupta said "We considered people over 3 years of age which crossed the levels of using diapers. We identify these people as potential consumer of goods and services and therefore they will be charged through their parents."

Gupta said "Central government is considering the revenues from potential consumers of goods and services to state governments while revenue from actual consumers will be entirely with central government. Our estimates are that potential consumers will use 120% more goods and services compared to actual consumers when they will become actual consumers for goods and services and therefore guardians of potential consumers will be charged by 120% tax."

Diggy Chacha Fan Club political correspondent called Pranab Mukherjee who said he has already finalized the draft and it is in releasing process on budget day therefore he can't comment. But he said that such tax will take India into shining era and will change fiscal deficit to fiscal surplus in maximum two years. He also informed the correspondent that he was therefore very much enthused about introducing higher slab of income of Rs 3 lakhs most of which will come back to the government through NGNST.

Pranabda said DCFC correspondent "We are pished off becaushe of oppozishion. Now thish NGNST will prove to be a real taksh collecshion method a benchmark for world."

When DCFC correspondent asked Pranabda that it would be like cess, he said "Am I Chiddu to introdush shesh? It is taksh and would be a clear cut taksh."
